These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services,  offerings, events, and digital products provided by Annelien Collective LLC (“we,” “us,” or  “our”). 

By using our website or purchasing or participating in any of our services, you agree to  these Terms. 

Eligibility 

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By accessing our  website or services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 

Nature of Services 

Annelien Collective LLC provides holistic wellness, educational, and embodiment-based  experiences, including but not limited to: 

• Facial sculpting and face yoga practices 

• Somatic and embodiment practices 

• Sound healing and vibrational sessions 

• Reiki and energy-based work 

• Workshops, retreats, and group experiences 

• Digital programs, memberships, and educational content 

All offerings are intended for educational and personal development purposes only. You  understand that individual results may vary and that consistent practice over time is  necessary to see benefits. 

We do not provide medical, psychological, or clinical diagnosis or treatment. 

No Medical or Professional Advice 

All content and services are for informational and educational purposes only. You acknowledge that: 

• Our services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional healthcare 

• You are responsible for consulting a qualified provider regarding any health concerns

• You participate voluntarily and at your own discretion 

Bookings, Payments & Deposits 

Payment terms vary depending on the service and may include: 

• Full payment at booking 

• Partial deposits with remaining balances due by a specified date 

• Payment plans where offered 

For retreats and select events: 

• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Full payment deadlines will be communicated per offering 

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received 

Cancellations & Refunds 

All cancellations must be requested in writing. 

• Deposits are typically non-refundable 

• Refund eligibility varies by offering and will be clearly stated at purchase

• No refunds are issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or unused services

• Retreat and event cancellation policies may vary per experience 

Photography & Video Consent 

Annelien Collective LLC may photograph or record video during classes, workshops, treatments, events, or other services for educational, marketing, promotional, or social  media purposes.

Your participation is entirely voluntary. No photographs or video recordings featuring you will be taken or used for promotional purposes without your verbal consent at the time  of recording. Choosing not to consent will not affect your ability to participate in any  service, class, workshop, or event. 

If you provide verbal consent, you grant Annelien Collective LLC permission to use photographs and/or video recordings in which you appear for lawful business purposes, including on its website, social media platforms, educational materials, digital or printed marketing materials, advertisements, and other promotional content. You understand that  you will not receive compensation for the use of such photographs or recordings. 

If you later wish to withdraw your consent for future use of newly created photographs or recordings, you may notify Annelien Collective LLC in writing. Upon receiving your request,  no new photographs or recordings of you will be created or used for promotional purposes.  Materials that have already been published or distributed before your withdrawal request  may continue to be used where removal is not reasonably practicable or legally required.

Retreats, Workshops & Events 

Participation in retreats, workshops, and events may be subject to: 

• Limited availability 

• Application or screening processes (where applicable) 

• Acceptance of specific event terms 

We reserve the right to adjust schedules, facilitators, or offerings as needed for operational  or safety reasons. 

Digital Products & Memberships 

For all digital offerings: 

• Content is for personal use only 

• Sharing, copying, or redistribution is prohibited 

• Content may be updated or modified at any time 

• Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.  By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be  issued.

• Monthly memberships are recurring and billed automatically each month until  canceled. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid  being charged for the following month. 

Membership access is subject to the terms presented at the time of enrollment.

Personal Responsibility 

By participating in any offering, you acknowledge that: 

• You are voluntarily engaging in wellness-related practices 

• You assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being

• You will modify or discontinue any practice that does not feel appropriate for you

• Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new practice, especially  if you have specific health concerns. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Annelien Collective LLC is not liable for: 

• Any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in services 

• Any indirect or consequential damages 

• Any reliance on information provided through our offerings 

All participation is at your own risk. 

Intellectual Property 

All content, materials, and offerings provided by Annelien Collective LLC are protected  intellectual property. 

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or sell any content without prior written  consent. 

All course content, materials, and videos are the intellectual property of Annelien  Collective LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written  permission. Access is non-transferable and for individual use only. 

Third-Party Services 

We may use third-party platforms for: 

• Payment processing 

• Email communications 

• Booking systems 

• Website hosting and analytics

We are not responsible for the policies or actions of third-party providers. 

Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted  on this page with a revised effective date.
